INSTRUCTIONS AND TERMS OF USE

1. Take the other users of the winter training hall and simulators into consideration. Together, we create a positive atmosphere to the hall.

2. The entrance to the winter hall (both the simulators and hitting mats) is from the main entrance. After your booking, please leave the facilities to give the next user a peaceful practice environment. The hall is open and open for bookings between 6 AM and 11 PM.

3. Please leave your outdoor shoes in the foyer. Only clean golf shoes should be used in the hall and simulators. The use of spiked golf shoes is prohibited.

4. Every user is responsible for the cleanliness of the facilities. Return the equipment to their allocated spots and throw garbage to the right bins.

5. Use the clean golf balls found at the facilities in the simulators and on the hitting mats. Dirty, marked, and broken balls might damage the simulator fabric, so they should not be used.

6. The simulators and hall have tees, both plastic and wooden ones. Use normal, lightweight tees in the simulators.

7. If you are the last one at the hall, remember to close the simulator (computer, screen, projector). Close the lights as well.

8. If you notice some deficiencies or broken equipment, please message us at the office at office@argc.fi / WA 050 45 25 300. The office is open on weekdays between 9 AM and 3 PM.

9. The user is responsible for the compensation of any material damages to the facilities or equipment of the winter hall, which are a result of the customer’s gross negligence or neglect. The deductible is 600 euros in case of damage to the equipment.

10. Letting in outsiders to the winter hall is prohibited. All of the users must have their usage fees paid. Staying at the facilities is allowed only within the reserved time slot.

11. The balls are gathered in black baskets five minutes before every o’clock, so that the next trainers can train immediately at the start of their booking. The balls are gathered during other times, too, if necessary. After the end of the training, you are expected to leave the hall to give the next users a peaceful practice environment.
